Records are typically kept on file for up to seven years for our client's use and for anti-fraud purposes (unless a different retention period is required by privacy laws or applicable federal or provincial consumer regulations). If the report is deleted on the front end of our system, then we will retain the data no longer than three years, unless required to store it longer for legal reasons.
